Every piano is different however there are some basics when it comes to moving a piano.

To give you an idea of how we move pianos let's break down the basic steps:

• Before lifting the piano onto our special piano moving skid, we remove the piano lid, pedal box and each leg, wrapping each piece in a protective blanket.
• After wrapping the piano in a blanket, we shrink wrap around the blanket.
• We prepare the skid with padding then we then gently lay the piano on it's side on the skid.
• The piano will then be secured on the skid with heavy duty straps to insure it does not move while being moved to our truck.

At 1-Call Movers with our payment system, we give our customers a solution to over priced movers. The ability to access professional movers with a fully equipped for your truck. Only paying for the time we work on your move.

How does our system work?

Let me show you a sample with these 3 Piano Movers:

• Three profesional piano moveres $180.00 per hour plus travel time (please check your zone to be sure to take the correct traveling time),
  Plus the extra charge for the overwaeigth $280.00
• We charge in intervals of 15 minutes (0.25 hours) plus our traveling time (please check your zone to be sure to take the correct traveling time),
  this means the minimum you pay will be 1.25 hours:
  (15 minutes (0.25 hours) + 1 hour of traveling time) + Over 200 lbs we charge overweight fee $280.00
  mean 1.25 hours x $180.00 = $225.00 + $280 (Piano Fee)= $505.00.

After that, we increase in intervals of 15 minutes (0.25 hours) until we finish move your Piano.

• If you need us only for 30 Minutes (0.5 hours), you will pay:
  (30 minutes (0.5 hours) + 1 hour of traveling time) + Over 200 lbs we charge overweight fee $280.00
  mean 1.5 hours x $180.00 = $270.00 + $280 (Piano Fee)= $550.00.
• If you need us only for 45 minutes (0.75 hours), you will pay:
  (45 minutes (0.75 hours) + 1 hour of traveling time) + Over 200 lbs we charge overweight fee $280.00
  mean 1.75 hours x $180.00 = $315.00 + $280 (Piano Fee)= $595.00.
• If you need us only for 60 minutes (1 hour), you will pay:
  (60 minutes (1 hour) + 1 hour of traveling time) + Over 200 lbs we charge overweight fee $280.00
  mean 2 hours x $180.00 = $360 + $280 (Piano Fee)= $640.00.
